Andrea Quartucci, CEO and founder of QRA Hospitality, has over 30 years in the industry. Formerly a lawyer, he turned his passion into a legacy, guiding the collection with vision and excellence.

Passionate about hospitality, she dedicates herself daily to adding value and mentoring, bringing her character and feminine touch. She is a key figure across the collection, mainly at Hotel Villa Ducale.

Sales and Marketing Director

Graduated in Hospitality and Business from GIHE University, she brings experience from Hong Kong, London, and Florence to oversee sales, marketing, and ensure standards across all three hotels.

Massimo Quartucci

Food and Beverage Director

The youngest family member, who graduated in Hospitality and Business from GIHE University, also gained experience in Lake Como and Madrid. He oversees F&B at all hotels, ensuring high standards and the family’s hospitality philosophy.
