Located in our panoramic roof top terrace, the Villa Carlotta restaurant offers traditional Sicilian and Italian cuisine, prepared with the best organic local products and a well-stocked wine list in a splendid setting; here you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea and Mount Etna, either for our extensive, authentic Sicilian buffet breakfast, an informal lunch or a romantic candlelight dinner.

The panoramic terrace, filled with the fragrance of beautiful scented flowers and plants (thanks to the delightfully mild climate of Sicily) ensures serene alfresco dining for most of the year. For rare cool days, the indoor dining room offers a slightly more formal atmosphere, with an elegant décor of hand-painted pottery, creating a cozy and comfortable ambience.
If you only wish to have a relaxing drink, starting in the afternoon David offers delicious appetizers to accompany your favourite cocktail or simply a glass of wine or prosecco. And if you crave our renowned Sicilian sweets, our maitre patissier Salvatore will offer you an array of his fantastic desserts, including, of course, such classic options as cannoli or the famous cassata Siciliana.
Villa Carlotta’s kitchen is always open to its guests. You can talk to our Chef, book a personalized cooking class, or just order your favourite dish and possibly cook it yourself!
