Located in our panoramic roof top terrace, the Hotel Villa Carlotta restaurant offers a traditional Sicilian and Italian cuisine, prepared with the best organic local products and a well stocked wine list in a perfect setting; here you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea and Mount Etna, either for an informal lunch or for a candlelight romantic dinner.
A destination in its own right, it offers succulent seafood, a range of pasta dishes and other Sicilian specialities, all cooked to perfection by Chef David Costa and his team. The panoramic terrace, filled with the fragrance of beautiful scented flowers and plants, thanks to the delightfully mild climate of Sicily ensures pleasant alfresco dining for most of the year. For the rare cool days the indoor dining room offers a slightly more formal atmosphere, with an elegant décor of hand-painted lemons and oranges pots which create a cosy and comfortable ambience.
If you only wish to have a drink in total relaxation, starting from the afternoon David offers some delicious appetizers to match with your favourite cocktail or simply a glass of wine or prosecco. And if you are greedy for the renowned Sicilian sweeties, our maitre Salvatore will delight yourself with his fantastic desserts and if you want to go “classic” you will always find cannoli or the famous cassata siciliana. Villa Carlotta kitchen is always open to its guests. You can have a talk to our Chef, book a personalised cooking class, or just order your favourite dish and possibly cook it yourself!
