Elegant comfort with character: this beautifully converted villa in Taormina was a delight. Lovely places to lounge, especially the rooftop breakfast room & library. Breakfasts were wonderful and included regional specialties along with phenomenal fresh-squeezed blood-orange juice. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, especially the front desk (notably Simona and Marco) and the wonderful owners Andrea & Rosaria Quartucci. The walk to town was 5-10 minutes along picturesque Taormina streets–perfect for post-dinner strolls. Ask the staff where the locals dine and you will have some fantastic meals.
