Located in our panoramic roof top terrace, the Villa Carlotta restaurant offers Sicilian and Italian cuisine, prepared with the best organic local products and a well-stocked wine list in a splendid setting; here you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna, either for our extensive Sicilian buffet breakfast, an informal lunch or a romantic candlelight dinner.
A destination in its own right our restaurant offers an imaginative menu with a good selection of seafood, pasta and other Sicilian specialties all cooked to perfection by Head Chef David Costa and his team.
Our terrace is filled with the fragrance of beautiful scented flowers and plants thanks to the delightfully mild climate of Sicily which enables alfresco dining for most of the year. For rare cool days, the indoor dining room offers a slightly more formal atmosphere, with an elegant décor of hand-painted pottery, creating a cosy and comfortable ambience.
If you crave Sicilian sweets, our maitre patissier Salvatore will be happy to indulge you with an array of fantastic desserts, including classic cannoli or the famous cassata Siciliana. Our kitchen is always open to guests. Feel free to come in and talk to our chefs, maybe take a personalised cooking class, you can order your favourite dish and even cook it yourself!
